Youth with Disabilities K–5: Showering and Handwashing

Distance Learning | Our Location | Outreach

Duration: 30 Min.

This health skills program begins with a video that shows what could happen if someone stopped taking showers, followed by a step-by-step guide to keeping clean. This guide will include how to stop germs, the steps of showering, how much shampoo to use, and proper handwashing techniques. Students will participate in a Day in the Life interactive scenario to show what they learned about handwashing.

This and all of our programs for individuals with disabilities can be customized to the needs of the students.
