In this health skills program, students will learn how to name common high-fat food items and how much fat and oil consumption is recommended daily. They will use this information to determine healthier food choices at fast food restaurants in a health activity at the end of the discussion.
This and all of our programs for individuals with disabilities can be customized to the needs of the students.
