Youth with Disabilities K–5: Habit-Free for Me (Tobacco)
Distance Learning | Our Location | Outreach
Duration: 30 Min.
This youth substance use prevention program provides students with the ability to make positive choices for good health, such as exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and supporting happiness. The discussion will show students how healthy choices can become healthy habits. Activities will introduce tobacco and nicotine products, along with their effects on the body. Students participate in a refusal skills activity to role-play refusing tobacco and nicotine products.
This and all of our programs for individuals with disabilities can be customized to the needs of the students.
