Keys to Happiness introduces senior adults to the importance of staying socially, physically, mentally, and purposefully engaged. This health skills program teaches how the mind-body connection, and the physical symptoms of stress can lead to physical symptoms such as high blood pressure, nausea, or muscle tension. Students will learn strategies to improve their mood and boost happiness levels to counteract the negative effects of stress.
