Digital citizenship, also known as responsible technology use, is essential to internet safety and preventing instances of cyberbullying. This program teaches students the various aspects of digital citizenship, how to improve their overall presence online, and ways to support a positive online reputation. Discussion will address students’ digital footprints, cyberbullying, and how to recognize, prevent, or stop online bullying. Activities will show students how to choose the appropriate forms of digital communication and how to create effective passwords.
