Exercise is for everyone, regardless of age or ability! In this program, students learn the three main types of exercise and how they can benefit from exercise. Participants will have the chance to get their bodies moving with activities like exercise charades, performing a short exercise as a group, and distinguishing between active and sedentary scenarios.
This and all of our programs for individuals with disabilities can be customized to the needs of the students.
