In this puberty education program, students will discover and discuss the hormonal changes that take place during puberty. We will cover secondary sexual characteristics, emotional changes, personal hygiene, conception, and the benefits of abstinence. This program promotes self-respect and the respect of others and may be taught in separate groups based on gender if desired.
