Life just got a little tastier! In Cooking and Spices, students learn how to prepare well-balanced meals, the names of common spices and how to use them in foods, and how to store spices correctly. Lastly, they will learn about choices they can make to keep their bodies healthy.

This and all of our programs for individuals with disabilities can be customized to the needs of the students.
