Crunch, crunch, slurp!  Are your students munching on chips and sugary beverages all day?  Would you like to see a positive change to their daily eating habits?  This program will empower them to make healthier choices!  Students will discover surprising sources of added sugar in their diet.  They’ll learn what processed food is and the difference between more processed and less processed foods.  Students will identify sources of stress in their lives and practice positive self-regulation strategies to deal with stress.
