How do you read a nutrition label? To answer this, we’ll explore key building blocks to overall health and wellness through a healthy diet. Students will estimate the serving size of some favorite snacks. They will explore ways to eat more mindfully and examine how factors such as time of day and hunger level impact their food choices.
