Habits can be difficult to break. Having an important reason like the health of your baby can motivate a person to change habits. Why should a person quit smoking? What tools are available to help a person quit? Resources will be provided to help quit smoking and participants will also learn how to advocate for their and their baby’s health. Find out how secondhand and thirdhand smoke exposure can be harmful to children and why it is important to reduce the exposure. This program is part of McMillen Health’s Mom and Me Days series but may also be scheduled as a standalone program.
