Unlock the keys to health with the Be Wiser program! Students will learn that sleeping, exercising, eating health foods, and having a positive attitude work together as the four keys to being healthy. Discussion will cover the facts about alcohol and tobacco and the effects these substances have on the brain and body. Students will participate in a role-playing activity to help develop refusal skills necessary to avoid peer pressure.
