Meet Nicole!

Nicole Fairchild joined McMillen Health in March 2016.

Nicole attended Indiana State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in legal studies in 2008 and master’s degree in public administration (MPA) and non-profit management in 2010. She also earned her MBA at Indiana Tech in 2016. She taught online at Indiana State University from 2010-2023. Nicole’s experience covers non-profit management and education.

After seven years of service at McMillen Health as the Executive Director, Nicole was appointed to CEO in 2023. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
