ACELINK

Grades: K – 12th

Focus: Any IVC Program

Eligibility: Teachers can apply to receive ACELINK funded IVC sessions of their choice; Public schools and Bishop Dwenger High School (Allen County, IN).

School Discount

Volume discounts are available to schools and districts.  A discounted rate of $4.50 per student will be given to any school or district that schedules 33% (or more) of their grade levels. A discounted rate of $4.00 per student will be given to schools or districts that schedule 50% (or more) of their grade levels. Complete an Intent Form before September 30 to receive this discount.

Library Pass Discount

Using your own video conferencing bridge to simulcast one program to multiple locations? Save when you are sharing with other linked sites. $450.00 per bridged session (up to 9 concurrent sites) per program scheduled.

Target
Target believes that learning opportunities extend beyond the classroom, and they understand that schools find it difficult to pay for such excursions.  Attend the McMillen Center with a Field Trip Grant valued up to $700. Call the McMillen Center if you need additional information to complete the application form at (260) 456-4511.

2forU is a great way for your students to attend standards aligned programs at two field trip destinations in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Many of the venues listed on this form have discounted their per student fee or offer  a value added experience to the normal educational visit.

The Botanical Conservatory’s education staff serves thousands of students each year through visits for public, parochial, private and home schools. Teachers can choose the standards-based curriculum that best meets their students’ needs.

The History Center is home to the Allen County-Fort Wayne Historical Society, its museum and collections. Reinforce your lessons with a field trip where history comes to life. Best of all–it’s free!
Preserve field trips $2 per student per hour/accompanying adults free- preserve only entrace free.
Lindenwood Nature Preserve is a 110-acre wooded park featuring four hiking trails of varying lengths (one is wheelchair and stroller accessible). Come take a hike with our Naturalist, do a pond study to learn about the life-cycle of a frog, and/or roast a hot dog around the campfire.

Farm field trips $3 per student per hour/accompanying adults free- farm only entreance free.
Salomon Farm Park is a 170 acre historical farm that became a city park in 1995. Come learn about gardening, composting and what life was like on a 1930’s farm. Pet a chicken, groom a goat, and visit with other livestock. Wagon rides are also available.
